In your user profile you will always have visibility of every transit charged as well as your available balance.
You will not have to worry about your balance. Thanks to our automatic top-ups system, your device will always remain active.

In order to make payments on your behalf, your account must hold positive balance. Thus, an automatic top-up order will be generated when your balance is below the minimum (15€ by default)
The account balance is always yours. In case you unsubscribe, we will reimburse you the entire remaining amount.
You will be able to change your payment method as many times as you want.
You choose the amount of your automatic top-ups and your minimum balance. You can change the account settings whenever you want.
You may also top-up your account manually, by wire-transfer, credit card or PayPal.
In Pagatelia, we inform you about the fees associated to each payment method. without hiding the costs.
